Rare Earth: Australia × Sonoma features a five-course degustation menu by Executive Chef Nate Davis, showcasing premium Westholme Wagyu, Australian black truffles, and peak summer produce.
The evening begins with a live fire patio reception and passed canapés, followed by an interactive walkthrough of The Matheson kitchen. Guests will then be seated on the mezzanine for a curated dinner hosted by Chef Nate and acclaimed Australian winemaker Darryl Groom — former Senior Winemaker at Penfolds Grange and owner of Groom Wines.
Each course is paired with exceptional Australian wines from top producers, including Groom Shiraz, Pewsey Vale, Paxton, and Thistledown.
